February 15, 1961 – November 11, 2023

Mike Krauser concentrates his practice on insurance matters including personal injury, property/casualty, insurance coverage, bad faith, and related areas. Mike has extensive experience in multiple venues, in a variety of cases, simple to complex, pre-suit through jury trial through final appeal. Mike has successfully litigated and tried cases in multiple trial courts throughout Kentucky and Indiana, including the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana. Mike has handled, briefed, and successfully argued appeals in Kentucky’s Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and the Federal 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
