PSA for Parents with Custody Orders
KENTUCKY SUPREME COURT GUIDANCE FOR PARENTS UNDER CUSTODY AND PARENTING ORDERS:
The existing Court Order regarding Custody and Parenting time for any Case in the Commonwealth of Kentucky controls. Reasonable accommodations shall be made, however to account for COVID-19 emergencies. Existing Orders are suspended for a 14 day period for any person who:
1. Test positive for COVID-19 or shares a household with some who tested positive;
2. Has been advised that he/she or someone he/she shares a household with has been exposed;
3. Has, within the last 14 days, traveled to any area with a CDC Level 2 or 3 Travel Health Notice.
