On June 16, 2016, the GSB Healthcare Team received a favorable ruling in Jefferson Circuit Court on a Motion for Partial Dismissal of Negligence per se claims asserted against our client. The Jefferson Circuit Court dismissed a plaintiff’s negligence per se claims against a healthcare provider for alleged violations of federal statutes or regulations.
