In September, 2013, GSB attorneys, Robert Gwin, Rebecca Wood and Eli Lightner, successfully defended their client, a bank officer, in federal and state court actions alleging fraud in the inducement of a series of loans and business transactions. Following discovery of a significant volume of documents related to the claims, GSB attorneys filed a series of motions that ultimately resulted in dismissal of all claims against the firm’s client.
