The Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Group at Gwin Steinmetz & Baird represents and advises the firm’s insurance clients in a variety of extra-contractual (“bad faith”) and coverage actions. The group has successfully defended and tried bad faith and coverage actions to verdict in Kentucky and neighboring jurisdictions including Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Tennessee.
