On May 25, 2016, the GSB Healthcare Team received a favorable ruling in Federal Court on a Petition to Enforce an Arbitration Agreement.   This decision is consistent with the growing number of federal court cases won by the GSB Team that upholds our Client’s rights to arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.   This decision also corresponds with other federal court opinions which hold that recent Kentucky cases narrowing the circumstances under which arbitration agreements signed pursuant to a power of attorney can be enforced is inconsistent with the FAA.
