Mike Sutton testified in a hearing before the Kentucky Senate Committee on Health and Welfare in support of Kentucky Senate Bill 119. The bill, which was drafted by attorneys at Gwin Steinmetz & Baird, would establish a medical review panel system in Kentucky similar to the one in Indiana. Following the hearing, the Senate Committee approved Senate Bill 119. The bill then passed the full Senate shortly thereafter.
