Mr. Spurlock represents individual and corporate clients across a wide variety of litigated matters. His practice specifically includes insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, product design defect, construction accidents and defects, motor vehicle liability and select family law issues.

Mr. Spurlock has experience litigating cases at the trial and appellate level of the state and federal courts of Indiana and Kentucky. He has also assisted his clients with staying out of the courtroom. He has drafted materials and presented at multiple client seminars related to loss prevention, investigating claims, early dispute resolution and overall liability reduction.
