Lindsay M. Gray

Lindsay Gray's practice primarily focuses on defending trucking and commercial transportation claims, insurance bad faith claims, personal injury, product liability litigation, and contractual and commercial disputes. She handles cases for large insurance companies, trucking companies, manufacturers, and other corporate entities.

Ms. Gray has significant trial and appellate experience, including a recent nine-week trial relating to multi-billion dollar equipment. Ms. Gray's trial experience also includes successful verdicts in insurance and commercial ligation matters.

Ms. Gray attended the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and earned her J.D. Magna Cum Laude in 2002. In law school, she received the highest scholastic honor in legal writing. Ms. Gray was also a member of the Brandeis Law Journal. The Brandeis Law Journal published her article entitled "Changing Asylum Law for Afghan Women under the Taliban: Desperate Times, Moderate Measures" in Volume 40.
