Aaron Esmailzadeh focuses his practice primarily in litigation involving trucking and commercial transportation claims, motor vehicle liability, and other insurance actions. He handles cases for large insurance companies, trucking companies, and similar commercial entities.

Prior to joining Gwin Steinmetz & Baird, Mr. Esmailzadeh worked for both private law firms and public interest organizations serving the diverse legal needs of a wide array of clients. Consequently, he has significant trial, administrative and appellate experience including numerous jury and bench trials, administrative hearings and appeals to reviewing courts and administrative panels.

Mr. Esmailzadeh is a 2006 graduate of the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville earning his J.D. Cum Laude. During law school, he received highest scholastic honor in Contracts I, Labor Law, and Arbitration Practice and Procedure. Mr. Esmailzadeh was also a member of the Brandeis Law Journal and the Student Bar Foundation.
