John F. Carroll is of counsel to Gwin, Steinmetz, & Baird. Mr. Carroll is an experienced civil and criminal trial attorney. He is a former Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the United States Naval Reserve, active duty. He is also formerly an Assistant Federal Public Defender for both the Northern District of Texas at Dallas and the Eastern District of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has extensive experience in defending white collar criminal cases including complex bank fraud cases. Mr. Carroll is also an experienced civil trial attorney in the practice areas of insurance defense and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Carroll concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury litigation, white collar criminal defense, general criminal defense as well as banking litigation and general civil litigation.
